• PE with Joe Wickes live on YouTube, every day at 9am. It is important to keep active, and what a great way to start your day!

• Make sure you spend time outside, if you can do this safely.

• Have some free time, to do what you want to do!

• Eat healthily throughout the day!

• Learn something new!
